Ex-Chief of admin in the Nigerian Army, Maj-Gen Idris Alkali, is reportedly missing since September 3rd. This was revealed by a former DG of the National Human Rights Commission NHRC, Chidi Odinkalu, in a Twitter post. He said that Maj-Gen Idris Alkali may have been kidnapped.
