Former Niger-Delta militants on Tuesday marched in protest against the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) in Bayelsa State, the state of former Nigeria’s president Goodluck Jonathan.
Activities in the area, including the entrance leading to NDDC main secretariat were shut down by the protesting Ex-militants, who are demanding for relief materials for communities that have been ravaged by flood in the region.
The protest leaders were identified as Gen. Cairo and Gen. Ebi John.
