The disturbing video of a person slapping the French President, Emmanuel Macron, whereas shaking arms with bystanders during a go to to a neighborhood college, is at the moment trending on-line.

The 43-year-old politician was slapped by a person who first shouted, “Down with Macronia” (“A Bas La Macronie”) earlier than slapping the president at his walkabout session with a crowd at a faculty in Tain-l’Hermitage, a village in southeastern France on Tuesday, June 8.

Local BFM TV reported that authorities arrested two individuals in reference to the altercation: the suspected slapper and one other who accompanied him.
