Three individuals have been reportedly killed and 10 others injured in a renewed communal conflict between two villages in Gamawa and Zaki native authorities areas of Bauchi State.

A resident of Gamawa who spoke on situation of anonymity instructed our correspondent that members of the caravan narrowly escaped with machete cuts.
“What occurred is that some youths of (*10*) in Zaki native authorities stopped one member of Kubdiya who was on his method to his village and beat him up and burnt his bike. He survived being killed by the villagers as he jumped right into a river.
“This didn’t go effectively with the individuals of Kubdiya however the district head of Gamawa on listening to concerning the incident rapidly went there and consoled the individuals.
“However, the next morning as the people were working in their farms, some irate youths went on a revenge mission. The two communities engaged each other with arrows and dane guns and in the process, three lives were lost,” he stated.
He stated 10 individuals have been injured at Kubdiya and have been receiving remedy at Gamawa General Hospital.
