Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State has recommended the manpower growth initiative of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF), noting that the motion has bolstered the morale of personnel and fight readiness in counter-insurgency operations.
Speaking at a seminar organised by the Nigerian Air Force on the theme; “Harnessing NAF Combat Experience in Joint Operations for Doctrinal Development” in Uyo, Emmanuel, who appreciated the Chief of Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Isiaka Amao, for selecting to carry the occasion within the state, expressed optimism that information garnered would additional equip NAF to fulfill up to date safety challenges.
He acknowledged the operations and contributions of the Air Force beneath the watch of Amao in tackling safety challenges, and recommended the company for residing as much as its duty of combating terrorism.
“When I heard of your operations seminar I mentioned that is the correct strategy and it’ll appropriate minor errors in addition to make the service optimum. So I imagine the Nigerian Air Force will change from safety optimisation to one thing increased.
