Bauchi, Jigawa lead in Nigeria’s rate of teenage girls giving birth

The highest expenses of youthful girls aged 15-19 years giving birth to kids in Nigeria are to be found in Bauchi and Jigawa States.

In a report launched by the United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef), 166 out of every 1000 adolescent girls in Bauchi State carry being pregnant and supplies birth to kids whereas in Jigawa State, the adolescent birth rate is 156 of every 1000.
