The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Friday stopped the execution of its private judgement which faulted the rendition of Kanu from Kenya to Nigeria and as well as put apart the terrorism charges in direction of him.
Justice Haruna Tsanami in a ruling upheld the Federal Government’s utility and ordered that the execution of the judgment be positioned on preserve.
