Former Arsenal goalkeeper, David Seaman, has urged the Gunners to signal former Manchester United ahead Cristiano Ronaldo.
Seaman believes it could be an ideal signing if Arsenal introduced Ronaldo to Emirates Stadium.
Ronaldo is presently a free agent after his contract with Man United was terminated this week.
The Portugal captain’s contract was terminated days after his explosive interview with broadcaster Piers Morgan through which he slammed Man United, the Glazer household, Erik ten Hag, amongst others.
“Ronaldo is far from done and he would be perfect for Arsenal,” Seaman told TalkTV.
“I might applaud him [for the explosive interview] as a result of he’s clearly speaking the reality. Numerous the stuff he got here out with is just not the stuff now we have not heard.
“We have heard a whole lot of different skilled gamers moaning and criticising Man United for the way in which the bottom is and the coaching.
“That shocked me and that should not be happening. He has been all around the world and seen how everywhere has progressed and he comes back to his beloved Man United and nothing has changed.”
